March is Women’s History Month, a time to celebrate women’s innovation, creativity and impact across industries. From groundbreaking inventions to iconic brands, women have shaped history by turning ideas into protected, powerful IP.
Are you developing a prototype and need a 3D printed piece to test? Maybe you’re researching options for a patent or looking to establish a trademark for your next big idea?
Join the WiT Denver Chapter on Monday, March 16th for a private guided tour of the Denver Public Central Library, home to the ideaLAB maker space and one of only two US Patent and Trademark Office resource libraries in Colorado. From 4:30–6:00pm, we’ll explore the maker space where materials, software, and machines such as 3D printers, an audio recording studio, sewing machines, and Cricut can help bring concepts to life and level up prototypes.
We’ll then be introduced to the Patent and Trademark Resource Center, one of only two in the state. Protecting and monetizing IP through patents or securing a brand with trademarks both start with research, and the Central Library offers tools and expertise to help women innovators take that next step with confidence.
** You must have an active WiT Membership and log into your account to receive member pricing.
Please note that all event tickets are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, please email info@womenintoys.com with the name of the guest who will be taking your place.
