Panelists:

Adi Cabigting, Amazon Games Marketing, Asset Production Manager

Adi Cabigting began her career in post-production, contributing to documentaries and television shows before transitioning into production, where she worked on independent films, commercials, and another TV series. During this period, she also entered the world of video game marketing asset production. Her past projects include Pearl Jam Twenty, Video Game High School Season 3, Star Wars: Battlefront II, and WandaVision. Today, Adi serves as the Asset Production Manager for marketing at Amazon Games, where she supports the Creative Team in producing high-impact marketing campaign assets.

Ana Yu, Technical Product Manager, Amazon Games

Ana is a Senior Product Manager Technical (PMT) with Amazon Games’ Financial Automation team, building systems to manage revenue, royalties, and other financial operations. She has been at Amazon since 2017 and started in Retail as a Vendor Manager before starting her gaming journey with Prime Gaming as a Program Manager and Game Growth as a Technical Program Manager. Recently, she has been playing a lot of Balatro and Slay the Spire. She lives in Seattle with her partner, two dogs, and some plants she’s really struggling to keep alive.

Holly Wescott, Games Accessibility Lead

Holly Wescott is an accomplished accessibility expert with over 10 years of experience driving accessibility and disability rights implementation across multiple sectors. In particular, she is focused on combining her academic and research expertise with practical business acumen to champion accessibility in interactive entertainment and beyond. For Amazon Games, she serves as Accessibility Lead, where she oversees accessibility in game testing QA, research initiatives, and program management to ensure gaming experiences are accessible to all players. Prior to this role, Holly served as Sr. Business Specialist in People eXperience Technology at Amazon.com, where she led strategic expansion of specialty accommodation services across 30 countries. This was preceded by her founding of Accessibility Solutions, LLC, which provides expert consultation services to Fortune 100 companies and support for Deaf and hard of hearing people through ASL interpreting across the United States and internationally. Holly also previously worked with the UN Partnership on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, now the Global Disability Fund, generating impactful research reports and conducting training for diverse stakeholders. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the National University of Ireland and a Master of Science in Global Health from Trinity College Dublin, and has published numerous peer-reviewed articles on disability rights and structural change.

Kat Schroeder, Head of Business Intelligence, Amazon Games

Kat Schroeder’s path to a technical career was somewhat unusual—she started as a web developer in 1995 (before HTML had numbers!) at the University of Washington, but then put that on hold in 1998 to pursue motherhood and a career as a musical theater actor. After the 2008 market crash performance stopped paying the bills, Kat went to grad school, earned a Master’s degree in Digital Media, and found a “real job” at Amazon in 2012. Once at Amazon, she realized data was the most interesting part of all her previous roles (pun intended), moved into the Intelligence job family, earned a Master’s degree in Information Quality, and hasn’t looked back since. Kat’s currently Head of Business Analytics with Amazon Games, where she leads a team to create insights that drive better decisions. When she’s not playing tabletop or video games with her partner and children, Kat can usually be found on a trapeze doing circus aerials.
