Join the WiT SoCal Chapter on Thursday, August 6, from 5–7 p.m. PT for an inspiring evening featuring a panel of Mattel leaders from across the organization. They will share personal stories about the mentors who shaped their careers, discuss the role mentorship plays in building authentic leadership and a strong personal brand, and offer practical advice for both mentors and mentees at every stage of their journey.

Mattel has long championed mentorship and the advancement of women, including through its steadfast support of the Ruth Handler Mentorship Program. This event extends that commitment by creating space for candid conversations, meaningful connections, and shared learning with Mattel leaders.

The conversation doesn't end when the panel does! The evening includes time to network with the panelists, connect with fellow WiT members and industry peers and spark the kind of connections that turn into mentors, collaborators and friends.
