WiT Wellness Wednesdays
Each year on April 22, we celebrate the planet with Earth Day. It’s a reminder to do what we can to help protect the planet’s environment, as well as a celebration of all that Mother Earth does for us. We gain so much from the natural world, from the air we breathe, to the water we drink, to the many benefits the great outdoors has for our mental health. Let's show gratitude by learning how we can incorporate nature into our work day to improve our wellbeing!
