As we approach the end of the year and the holiday season, it is important to recognize that this time of year can bring both joy and stress, as well as a mix of emotions for different people. While some may look forward to the festivities, others may experience feelings of sadness, loneliness, or anxiety.
 
We want to remind you that if you are struggling during this season, you are not alone. Many people experience holiday-related stress for various reasons. Financial pressures, family conflicts, and managing expectations can all contribute to feelings of overwhelm and exhaustion. Additionally, those who have experienced loss or are facing personal struggles may find this time of year especially challenging.

While we can’t completely eliminate these stressors, we can offer some self-care tips to help you maintain your well-being during the holiday season. Please join us for our November WiT Wellness Event Wednesday, November 15, at 12:30pm EST where we’ll focus on holiday stress prevention!
